Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival or Lunar New Year, is a significant traditional Chinese holiday celebrated by millions of people around the world.  The festival marks the beginning of the Chinese lunar calendar. 
 
Through a holistic and engaging approach to celebrating the Chinese New Year festival, children will be exposed to the rich tapestry of Chinese culture, promoting tolerance and respect for different customs, through hands-on and child-centred learning experiences.
