The Australia Day and NAIDOC Week theme based curriculum planner is filled with engaging educational activities that explore the rich cultures and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as well as the broader Australian heritage.  The planner is ideal for children of all ages with featured activities to develop practical life skills, sensory awareness, literacy, scientific inquiry, numerical proficiency, and cultural appreciation.

Activities are grouped into six main categories: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Science, Mathematics, and Culture, designed to promote essential skill development in children, aimed to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of both Indigenous and Australian cultures, while developing a range of practical, cognitive, and social skills in children.

All activities are colour coded to help you identify age suitability, and include related codes to the EYLF and MTOP learning frameworks.
